Satish 'Scotty' Kakkad, chief booking office clerk at Milton Keynes station, has received the prestigious ‘Employee of the Year’ award in the 2019 Abellio Achievement awards.
Scotty has been based at Milton Keynes for the past 32 years, and has been recognised for his passion and enthusiasm to deliver excellent service to passengers.
